Painted Aluminum Custom Alloy Wheels can come in any color that you desire. The most common color is of course Silver. Polished Custom Alloy Wheels simply consist of a shiny finish on the wheel. If you put a chrome & polished wheel together, then the difference is clear. Machined/Brushed Aluminum Custom Alloy Wheels result in a finish that looks like there's a bunch of little lines/scratches on the face of the wheel, similar to a stainless-steel fridge. Two-Toned Custom Alloy Wheels usually consists of a chrome and a painted accent. The painted portion of the wheel can come in any color. Chrome Finished Custom Alloy wheels, are easy to describe, these wheels result in a very shiny (mirrored) finish. You can choose to design your own set of alloy wheels that will be unique to you. Our 3-piece forged custom alloy wheels can be produced to any size and specification allowing extensive flexibility in the design of a custom alloy wheel. In spite of the unique, rigorous and certificated nature of alloy wheel fabrication, compromise is not an option. DaVinci maintain a competitive pricing structure allowing us to produce, for example, typical estimates for a set of four 17” custom alloy wheels starting from as little as £1300.00. A 50% deposit is required before your custom alloy wheel design can be fabricated. An initial non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable to show intent towards the engineering design drawing and costing analysis. You can well imagine there is extensive work required to be undertaken even at this early stage. Your £50.00 non-refundable deposit will be matched by ourselves and donated to our nominated charity on completion of the order. A typical manufacturing estimate would be approximately 4 weeks, after the inital custom wheel design has been finalised. If the custom alloy wheels are required urgently, a set of custom alloy wheels could be designed and fabricated in as little as 2 weeks, however additional fabrication and delivery costs may apply.
